Customer Service Training Association Meetings

This is a membership organization launched by Don Hales in 2007. It is designed for those with an interest in customer service training. Both practitioners and commercial trainers are welcome, as long as members respect the ethos that the association exists for the mutual sharing ideas and experiences. Non-members are welcome to attend as guests.

Members of the Customer Service Training Association pay only £60.00 and non-members £80.00.

CST AWARDS 27 SEPTEMBER 2010

Venue:  Sofitel Heathrow, London Heathrow Terminal 5

The Customer Service Training Awards are now open for entries and will close on the 31 May. 

The judging of the Awards and the final presentation will take place on 1 day to limit the costs of travel and hotel for all the participants.  All entries to the Award will be invited to the Awards ceremony on the 27 September at the Sofitel at London Heathrow Terminal 5.

SOCAPiE

One day workshops are priced at £275 / €420 for members and £395 / €580 for non-members whilst two day workshops are £545 / €820 for members and £790 / €1160 for non-members. All prices exclude VAT and are inclusive of lunch and refreshments as well as the materials used in the workshops.

Our networking events are free to members and only £50 to non-members. Beginning at 10.30am, they aim to provide an opportunity for confidential reflection amongst peers on current hot topics

SINGs (Special Interest Networking Groups) are also free to members of SOCAP. Due to the confidential nature of the discussions, it is anticipated that those who attend will either already be or will quickly become members of SOCAP in Europe.
